I hold a Diploma in Professional Photography from The Photography Institute, reflecting a strong technical foundation and professional training in photography. I also have multiple years of experience, working with a multitude of individuals and organizations. Together, this education and experience translates into a refined, reliable service that goes beyond taking photographs to delivering professional-grade digital assets

First, please complete and submit the booking form above. Once submitted, I will reach out by email and arrange a Zoom consult for you.
Once a date and time have been confirmed during the consult, in the case of outdoor headshots, I will send you an invoice for the total value of the package.
In the case of indoor sessions, I will send you an invoice for a retainer of 50% of the value of the total package. The balance of payment may then be made up to 72 hours prior to the photoshoot.
Payments, once made, are non-refundable and secure both my time and availability on the chosen date.
Payments can be made online via credit card or via e-transfer; payments made via credit card have a 3% card processing fee.

Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours prior to a session, after which the value of the payments will be carried over to a future session. In the case of indoor headshots, a studio rental fee of $200 will be applied.

For headshots, the turnaround time is usually within 48 hours. However, it may take up to 5 days in exceptional cases.

Your photos will be delivered in a private gallery (hosted by Pixieset) for viewing and download. The gallery password and download PIN will be included in the email I’ll send to you with the gallery link. There is no expiry date on gallery access and photo download.

I rely on multiple technological failsafes to ensure nothing is left to chance. I shoot with a dual memory card camera for immediate file backup and always bring a fully functional backup camera, lenses, and flash unit in case of equipment failure. In addition, I carry spare batteries for all essential gear. When you work with me, you’re not just hiring a person with a camera; you’re investing in a professional who brings experience, preparation, and accountability to every shoot.
In rare instances, individual photos may be corrupted or unretrievable (usually not more than 2 or 3, if this were to happen.) To manage this, I take multiple shots of each pose.In the unprecedented event of total technological failure or data loss, a full refund will be issued.
Rest assured: this has never happened in the 6 years that I have been a photographer.
