I have professional experience photographing a range of events, with a focus on capturing both candid moments and key highlights in a natural, unobtrusive way.
My approach is grounded in strong technical knowledge and an eye for timing, composition, and storytelling—ensuring your event is documented in a way that feels both polished and authentic. I have a Diploma in Professional Photography.

During the consult, we’ll go over the key details of your event, including schedule, location, and any important moments or people you’d like prioritized.
We’ll also discuss the overall tone you’re aiming for, how the images will be used, and any logistical considerations so everything runs smoothly on the day.

First, please complete and submit the booking form above. Once submitted, I will reach out by email and arrange a Zoom consult with you
Once a date and time have been confirmed during the consult, I will draft a service agreement and send you an invoice for a retainer of 50% of the total package. The retainer is non-refundable, and secures both my time and availability on the chosen date.
The balance of payment may then be made up to 72 hours prior to the event.
Payments can be made online via credit card or via e-transfer; payments made via credit card have a 3% card processing fee.

Each gallery is thoughtfully curated to highlight the strongest moments, interactions, and details from your event.
Rather than delivering every image captured, I carefully select the photos that best reflect the energy, story, and key highlights of the day. This ensures you receive a refined collection of high-quality images without unnecessary duplicates, test shots, or near-identical frames.
Every image included is professionally edited and chosen with intention, so your final gallery feels cohesive, polished, and easy to share.

For events in the CRD (excl. Sooke & Metchosin), there are no additional fees. For events outside of the CRD, travel fees will be customized depending on event location and the need for accommodation.

I rely on multiple technological failsafes to ensure nothing is left to chance. I shoot with a dual-card camera for immediate file backup and always bring a fully functional backup camera, lenses, and flash unit in case of equipment failure. In addition, I carry spare batteries for all essential gear. When you work with me, you’re not just hiring a person with a camera; you’re investing in a professional who brings experience, preparation, and accountability to every shoot.
In rare instances, individual photos may be corrupted or unretrievable (usually not more than 2 or 3, if this were to happen.) To manage this, for key or pivotal event moments I take multiple shots of the same scene.
In the extremely unlikely and unprecedented event of total technological failure or data loss, a full refund will be issued.
Please rest assured: to date, this has never happened in the 6 years that I have been a photographer.

The edited photos will be delivered in a privately-accessible, curated online gallery (hosted by Pixieset) for viewing and download. The gallery password and download PIN will be included in the email I’ll send to you with the gallery link. There is no expiry date on gallery access and photo download. The gallery allows for both full and reduced file downloads, if needed.
